Clean iMesh is the version of iMesh without mp3 bitrate limits, without adware and without the well-known spyware Cydoor. It looks similar to iMesh, although it is obviously an unofficial version, and you can download the exact same types of files as the original iMesh. It also allows multiple downloads from various users at the same time, with which it gains download speed, in addition to providing previews of all music and video files.
